EV Salesperson

Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a career in the exciting new field of Electric Vehicle (EV) sales.
You will be trained for three months, after which, if you have proven your ability, you will have an opportunity to start selling, earning generous commissions and bonuses for achieving set goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Attend all training sessions and workshops on EV Sales and Customer Data Management.
Shadow experienced salespersons to learn about Electric Mobility.
Participate in test drive events, promotions, conferences etc.
NOTE: these will sometimes take place outside normal working hours.
Assist with Social Media content creation, photos, posting, follow up replies.
Support the Managers and Team whenever necessary.
Candidates should have an outgoing and engaging personality, be highly organized, show initiative and enthusiasm for the Mission and Message of the company and be a proactive and reliable Team Member.
Team Player -Collaborates effectively to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Self Motivated-Takes ownership of sales targets, proactively manages pipeline and maintain consistent performance without constant supervision.
Takes Initiative- Identifies new business opportunities, suggests process improvements and takes action to solve customer challenges creatively.
Skills & Requirements
Proven Sales Experience preferably in technology or high value consumer products.
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
Computer skills essential. Must be proficient in Email, Social Media and Proficiency in CRM Systems
Knowledge of vehicles and the transport sector is an asset but not a requirement.
Candidates must be 25 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Customer Service background strongly valued.
Flexibility to work weekends and outside of regular business hours as needed.
