Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors, answer phones, keep lobby area in order, etc.
Ensure all marketing materials are organized, stored in good order, reordered.

Participate in video and photo shoots.

This position focuses on maintaining, implementing and integrating cloud and mobile computing platforms and infrastructure in a fast-growing organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Designing, building, and maintaining local network and cloud infrastructure for the delivery of proprietary data to all team members.
Developing and implementing security best practices across multiple platforms such as iOS, Mac OS, MS Windows, Android etc.
Building and maintaining integrations with third-party cloud/data services and online payment platforms such as Zapier, Xero, ServiceM8, DEAR, Wix, etc.

Job Description:

Excellent entry level customer service position in a leading Electric Mobility company with opportunities for growth in the industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services in person, by phone, and via email with help from management.
Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.
Answer service calls and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any post-service issues they may have.
Call and schedule customer appointments and ensure that customer vehicles are serviced on time.
Maintain service-related software and customer service records and ensure that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
Create all work orders for final checks, scheduled service jobs and warranty jobs.
Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered.
Assist with third party quotes and services.
Assist the accountant with office reports and simple bookkeeping tasks.
Assist with quarterly fleet service reports.

Job Description:

We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to join our EV maintenance team focusing on the technical and electrical components of Electric Vehicles. The position offers opportunity for growth in this fast moving business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of installation, software updates, and maintenance of electrical components of EVs;
Inspect, troubleshoot & repair electrical components;
Perform preventative maintenance as required on EVs;
Continuing training on new products and procedures;
Otherwise assist in repair & maintenance of mechanical components.

Minimum Qualification:

City & Guilds or Associate technical degree or
Certifications in electronics or electrical with demonstrated commensurate experience;
Demonstrable competence in computers, tablets and related devices;
Mechanical skills and/or experience with automotive diagnostic tools a plus.

Candidates with experience in maintaining the electrical systems of hybrid vehicles or pure electrical vehicles are preferred.
