Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Service Department regarding vehicle repairs, inspections, and handovers.
Handle insurance applications, payments, and accident claim follow-ups.
Prepare and coordinate vehicle licensing and customs documentation.
Maintain accurate records for licensed, leased, and financed vehicles.
Submit and track accident claims with insurance companies until resolved.
Perform other operational duties as assigned to support the team.
Skills & Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong customer service skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Effective communication and multitasking abilities
