Duties & Responsibilities
Greet customers and ensure excellent service from vehicle intake to release.
Translate customer issues into work orders for technicians.
Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in person, by phone, or email.
Maintain accurate customer and service records.
Schedule appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Create work orders, process invoices, and collect payments.
Assist with quotes, reports, bookkeeping tasks, and fleet service updates.
Support vehicle delivery or collection when needed.
